The first Saturday of November is Digital Scrapbooking Day and Stampin' Up! is celebrating for FOUR days and giving away FREE digital downloads to anyone who clicks on the link and fills out a very brief survey between Nov 4 – 7. The survey is to help Stampin' Up! better meet the needs of digital scrapbookers.

These downloads are all NEW software and are compatible with most design software.

If you have never tried digital scrapbooking and card making, or are new to this growing segment, and would like to learn more, please contact me. I would love to show you how easy it is to design and create fully digital and hybrid (combination of digital and tradiiton paper crafting) projects.

Technique Tuesday, Take 2

This technique is called Polished Stone. We used the Well Worn Designer Series Paper. The more I play with that paper, the more I really like it. It's becoming one of my favorites. The stamp set is Nature's Walk.

We got together on National Card Making Day and worked on cards to send Operation Write Home. Please check out this wonderful organization at www.operationwritehome.org. They are really doing a wonderful service.

On Sunday, during and after the Shoebox Swaps, we had access to all of Linda Heller's stamps, punches, dies and other tools to play all day. Our table included Linda (in the center) who is the Chairperson of the Ronald McDonald House Charities group that I am in. Two other members of the RMHC group is Terry, to the left of Linda, and Karen, to the right. What a fun group of ladies!!

I won! I won! And what did I win? Winter Wishes Stitched Felt. They're great additions to cards and gifts. I can't wait to use mine!

There were so many prize give aways – from stamp sets, embossing powder, fabric, the Score Tool – oh, and that was TWO Score Tools – and a Big Shot. In addition, some of the displays – and they were awesome – were given away.
