Faux Mother-of-Pearl

I cased this card from the April 2011  Stampin' Success, an awesome resource for demonstrators.  The base card is Basic Black.  The next layer is Baja Breeze, run through the Big Shot with the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Framed Tupils available in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  The 3×3 mat is Rose Red.  Then Basic Black again.  I used the Faux Mother-of-Pearl technique on Whisper White Card stock and then sponged with Baja Breeze.  The stamp set is Easter Blossoms. I stamped it with StazOn and then with a blender pen, colored in the blossoms with Rose Red. The ribbon is 1/8" Basic Black Taffeta.
